  Mr. Flipper Talks with Bethel Legal Service Desk Rep About JW Child Abuse

  well - i had been wanting to do this for a long time , to question a legal department representative at bethel about the child abuse settlements and jw child abuse, since last year when the news came out about it.

  especially since my dad , an elder for years was never aware of it and has on his own taken steps to see that families with children are informed if a former pedophile is in their congregation.

  i was curious as to what the current views and policies in place are .

  The organization is delusional,they live in a fantasy world where all of history is about them their a "theatrical spectacle to the world" and one day the world will turn on them and put them all in camps because there all led by satan.

  this viewpoint makes them & the followers see all charges as a satanic plot to stop them from preaching and they don't believe real evidence of wrongdoing unless its directed at some other religion. They seem to be in some kind of trance where they see purity when it is not pure.

  I know that when I was a jw I thought they were the good guys. I never imagined the lies & deceit & the suffering that was caused till I woke up one day and the disgust one feels for what one had been a part of is overwhelming.

  If someone really took this stuff seriously & tried to force this on their family it would be disasterous. The whole family would develop social anxiety disorders.

  is there anyone besides me who would like to get a group together for dinner, maybe at a local tgi fridays?.

  there's some faces i would really like to meet again.. i don't think that here in the dallas/north texas area, we've had a gathering in a while.. so if you have any suggestions for a particular day?

  we could see when it would be convenient for most people.

  what difference does it make whether you were born into a cult or were brought in as a teen or adult?

  I did not have the same experience because I was 36 when baptized & have no children thank god, even so after 25 yrs as a jw & leaving I feel the tentacles of the wtbs & how they have made inroads into my very being & I can only imagine how terrible that is for the young in their formative years subjected to those tentacles with very little defense. all I can say is that I hope for healing for all of you and a vibrant future and love,success and discovery.

  based on this video shot from seattle, i think this 17-year african american teenage girl acted beyond normal expectation.

  she is seen threatening or attempting to hit a law enforcement officer who was doing his duty.

  the officer had to hit her face.

  the purpose of the police is to enforce the law & resisting as they were will definately get you in serious trouble and we all know that, if your stopped for speeding or whatever & you don't cooperate but bad mouth and fight back it won't go well for you. they need to learn something pretty quit or one day they'll end up dead you can't keep pushing in life & think you won't get pushed back.
